returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am                                                                   
"An Act relating to the community revenue sharing program; and                                                                  
changing the name of the community revenue sharing program to the                                                               
community assistance program" with the following amendment:                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                       
          NO. 210(FIN) "An Act relating to the community                                                                        
          revenue sharing program; changing the name of the                                                                     
          community revenue sharing program to the                                                                              
          community assistance program; and providing for an
